How to Delete Your CapX Account

You can permanently delete your CapX account and all associated data directly from the app. Follow the steps below.

Steps to delete your account:

Open the CapX app on your device
Go to your Profile tab
Tap Privacy Settings
Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete My Account"
Confirm the deletion when prompted

What happens when you delete your account:

Your profile information (name, photo, position, bio) is permanently removed
Your posts and comments are deleted
Your connections are removed
Your message history is deleted
Your login credentials are invalidated

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please make sure you want to proceed before confirming.

Alternative method

If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us at support+sb002@sekondbrain.ai with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Please include the email address associated with your CapX account. We will process your request within 30 days.
